The presentation will take place from 2:10 p.m. to 2:35 p.m. Jeannette Frischknecht, Adi Bucher from lutra analytics, and Christoph Wolf from itesys will use the example of the Canton of Lucerne to demonstrate how to approach setting up an effective SAP SOC.
