itesys Strengthens Market Presence in Germany through Acquisition of SAP Service Provider Hosting Solutions GmbH
Frauenfeld, July 10, 2025 – itesys AG, a leading provider of SAP technology, SAP security, and platform engineering, continues its growth trajectory by acquiring the German company Hosting Solutions GmbH. The acquisition marks another key milestone in the consistent execution of itesys’ strategy to strengthen its presence in Germany and expand throughout the DACH region. With this move, itesys further solidifies its position as the leading "Business Technology Engineers" in the German-speaking market.
Hosting Solutions GmbH has been active since 2005 and specializes in SAP Basis operations, managed security services, and IT service desk support. With 25 employees and a stable customer base of around 100 companies, as well as geo-redundant, ISO 27001-certified data centers, Hosting Solutions is firmly rooted in the Karlsruhe region (Baden-Württemberg)—a perfect counterpart to itesys' data centers in Switzerland.
Following the acquisition, the itesys Group will grow to over 200 employees, including around 90 in Germany. This move significantly enhances itesys’ capabilities in SAP operations and security in the German market. itesys customers will now benefit from data centers in Germany and closer regional proximity. By joining forces, the two companies will combine their technological expertise and create synergies for their SAP clients.
