in Kosice
Do you want to manage a location, develop teams, and stay close to day-to-day IT operations at the same time?
Then you've come to the right place. In this role, you will take on overall responsibility for our location in Košice. You can expect a varied mix of people management, location organization, and IT operations—with plenty of creative freedom and international collaboration.
With your knowledge...
- you will take responsibility for our location in Košice – currently for around 15 employees, with an upward trend
- you will take care of the concerns and further development of all teams at the location, in particular the IT operations team with professional and managerial responsibility
- you will ensure a positive team culture, assist with recruiting, and support the onboarding and development of new employees
- you will contribute your experience in establishing and developing locations or subsidiaries to actively shape strategy and business planning on site
- you will communicate confidently in German and English with various stakeholders: from management and HR to authorities and external service provider
You achieve this through...
- a higher vocational education in computer science / business informatics / business administration or a comparable education
- several years of management experience in the IT environment, in IT service operations, SAP consulting, or in a comparable environment
- organizational talent in coordinating day-to-day business, office organization, and material procurement
- a structured approach to reporting, documentation, and compliance with legal requirements and administrative framework conditions
- willingness to travel and be present – whether in the office on site or flexibly from your home office
