Client Success Manager (m/f/d)

Are you an innovative thinker, motivated to learn new things and looking forward to being a driving force in your area of expertise?
With your knowledge...
- you will form the link between our customers, account managers and delivery units
- you will support and maintain our international operating customers as their main contact person
- you will coordinate and accompany the successful implementation of operating projects
- you will conduct service and strategy meetings, identify opportunities with customers and bring them to a successful conclusion
- you plan maintenance work, monitor and report on SLAs, and continuously review service quality
- you assist with certifications (SAP Hosting, ISAE 3402, ISO 27001) and continuously develop ITSM processes.
You achieve this through...
- higher vocational training in IT / business informatics / business administration or comparable training
- a high affinity for operational aspects in the ICT environment
- several years of experience as a service manager with in-depth ITIL knowledge
- a high degree of independence and a solution-oriented and diplomatic mindset
- assertiveness and a strong service orientation
- a high willingness to travel and very good written and spoken German and English skills.
