Finance & HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Want to dive deep into SAP integration and development and build a team? In this role, you'll combine operational activities with leadership while laying the foundation for our success!
With your abilities...
- You will assume primary responsibility for payroll accounting in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You will communicate with health insurance companies, authorities, and social security institutions.
- You will provide support in operational accounting (e.g., document entry, verification, account assignment).
- You will maintain and ensure the quality of master and transaction data.
- You will support the further development and standardization of payroll and finance processes.
You achieve this through...
- Experience in payroll accounting (finance administration is an advantage)
- Experience with SAP HCM is essential, experience with SAP FI is an advantage
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Very good administrative skills and a structured approach to work
- High accuracy and sense of responsibility
- A reliable, discreet, and service-oriented approach to work
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
