Finance Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
in Frankfurt, Leverkusen or Hamburg

With your skills...
- You will assist with checking, assigning accounts, and recording incoming invoices.
- You will carry out payment runs and payment approvals and coordinate with internal contacts.
- You will manage credit card statements and assist with travel expenses and expense reimbursements.
- You will assist in the preparation of financial overviews, evaluations, and reports for management.
- You will provide administrative support in the preparation of payroll accounting (e.g., data maintenance, coordination with payroll).
- You will maintain and manage HR-related documents and master data.
- You will assist with projects in the finance and HR areas.
You achieve this through...
- Experience in finance (knowledge of payroll accounting is an advantage)
- Experience with SAP FI is essential, experience with SAP HCM is an advantage
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Very good administrative skills and structured approach to work
- High level of accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Reliable, discreet, and service-oriented approach to work
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
