HR Assistant (m/f/d)

in Frauenfeld (80% - 100%)

With your knowledge...

  • you will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee data in HR systems and ensuring an accurate database
  • you will independently handle HR administration tasks such as personnel changes, as well as employee onboarding and offboarding
  • you will assist with monthly payroll
  • you will be responsible for preparing contract documents, employment references, and other HR documents
  • you’ll assist with time tracking and keep an eye on administrative matters
  • you’ll actively participate in HR projects and the further development of processes

You achieve this through...

  • a completed business apprenticeship or comparable qualification in human resources
  • initial professional experience in human resources that you have already successfully applied in practice
  • proficiency in MS Office and experience as an SAP user
  • your organizational skills, reliability, and structured, service-oriented approach to work
