With your support, you will…
- Use your enthusiasm for social media and employer branding to develop innovative and creative ways to attract and engage talented candidates.
- Work closely with our recruiting team to understand the needs of different departments and define the right candidate profiles.
- Research and identify potential candidates through Active Sourcing on online platforms like LinkedIn and Xing, helping our hiring managers build strong talent pools.
- Connect with potential applicants daily, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
You will succeed with…
- A completed apprenticeship or an active university degree in media communication, business administration, work psychology, or a similar field.
- An affinity for social media channels and an interest in employer branding.
- Ideally, initial experience in Active Sourcing and identifying and approaching candidates on various online platforms.
- Creativity in communication and strong networking skills.
