Team Lead SAP Archiving & ILM (m/f/d)
As a Team Lead, you will...
- build and lead our SAP Archiving & ILM team, supporting your colleagues through mentoring, coaching, and clear development paths
- coordinate project delivery, resource planning, and knowledge sharing while ensuring high quality standards
- analyze customer requirements and design tailored SAP Archiving (data & documents) and SAP ILM concepts considering compliance, data privacy, and performance requirements
- collaborate closely with customers and our development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- assess existing SAP landscapes, identify relevant archiving objects, ILM objects, retention rules, and data lifecycle concepts, and oversee their technical implementation
- facilitate customer workshops and derive sustainable data management and archiving strategies
- lead challenging customer projects across a wide range of industries and environments
What makes you successful...
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Data Archiving and/or SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), including S/4HANA transformation, data archiving, or system decommissioning projects
- Strong knowledge of multiple SAP modules such as BC, FI, MM, and SD
- The ability to combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership of a multidisciplinary Archiving & ILM team
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing consulting or engineering teams
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working with a strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
