Team Lead Identity Acces Managenent (IAM) (m/f/d)
throughout Germany
With your knowledge...
- you will provide technical and managerial leadership to our IAM team and help your employees grow through mentoring, coaching, and clear career development opportunities
- you will guide our existing IAM team toward future-proof IAM solutions - with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance
- you will coordinate tasks and resources within the team, promote knowledge sharing, and work with your team to ensure high quality standards
- you will analyze customer requirements and work with our customers to develop suitable IAM concepts, taking into account compliance, data protection, and performance
- you will conduct workshops with our customers and translate their requirements into concrete IAM concepts and solutions
- you will integrate identyrise into Entra ID solutions related to SAP and further develop existing solution approaches
- you will coordinate individual client requirements with our development team and oversee their technical implementation
- you will manage challenging and customized client projects while keeping a close eye on requirements, quality, and implementation
You achieve this through...
- a degree in Business Information Systems or comparable technical training
- many years of expert-level experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance
- in-depth knowledge of SAP IAM environments
- experience in technical and managerial leadership, coaching, and the professional development of consulting or development teams
- the ability to delve deeply into technical and operational details while simultaneously strategically developing a multidisciplinary IAM team
- a structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a strong customer focus
- very good written and spoken German and English skills
