What is SAP Monitoring

As part of a technology partnership with the network monitoring expert Paessler, itesys AG, as an SAP Basis service provider, has developed special SAP sensors for the monitoring tool PRTG. In this way, the partnership supports joint SAP customers and SAP Basis maintainers in reducing downtimes of their SAP systems.

The sensors for monitoring SAP and monitoring databases were specially developed for the PRTG software. A quick and easy connection to a PRTG installation is done with the itesys Profiler. SAP system administrators and IT departments can thus monitor all SAP systems and surrounding systems in PRTG at a glance - including network monitoring.
