SAP Success Factors
SAP Success Factors is an American software company founded in 2001 by Lars Dalgaard. The company was acquired by SAP in December 2011. The software on offer provides solutions for HCM (Human Capital Management). It is cloud-based. All important HR tasks are mapped in it. These include the salary and remuneration system, time and attendance management, performance and target agreements, recruitment and induction of employees as well as personnel planning and analysis. Traditional remuneration also includes performance-related payments such as bonuses and recognition programs. The tool can also be used on the move to speed up HR processes and support HR managers on business trips, for example. HR tasks such as sending an employment contract or ensuring that targets are met on time can be carried out away from the company headquarters. Even information about sudden fluctuation management is displayed on a mobile device. As the software solution covers the entire spectrum of HR tasks, it can be used to manage corporate objectives, as employee objectives can be aligned with business objectives. In this way, a personnel strategy can be planned and supported with a long-term view.
