Team Lead Integration & Development (m/f/d)
in Frauenfeld, Zürich, Bern or Basel
Want to dive deep into SAP integration and development and build a team? In this role, you'll combine operational activities with leadership while laying the foundation for our success!
With your knowledge...
- you'll build an SAP integration and development team and develop employees through mentoring, coaching and clear development paths
- you will coordinate tasks, capacities and knowledge exchange and ensure high quality standards
- you will represent your team to customers and act as a strategic, technical sparring partner
- you will further develop hybrid SAP landscapes – with a focus on middleware such as PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite and Lobster
- you will plan and implement integration projects such as migrations, implementations and rollouts of interfaces in customer systems.
- you will perform performance analyses and make architecture and design decisions.
- you will define and establish development guidelines based on clean core principles and lead technological development in SAP development (ABAP-OO, BTP, Java).
- you will support your team with modern front-end and back-end developments (UI5/Fiori, OData) and ensure high code quality using suitable tools and methods (e.g. DevOps, test automation).
You achieve this through...
- several years of experience in the SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite environment as well as successfully completed integration projects
- in-depth knowledge of SAP software architecture and many years of experience with common integration standards (e.g. web services, XML, SOAP, REST)
- extensive expertise in modern ABAP OO development (including CDS) and practical experience with SAP BTP
- demonstrable ability to establish clean core principles and development guidelines
- expertise in UI5/Fiori development and connection via OData
- the ability to dive deep into operations while strategically leading a multidisciplinary integration & development team
- experience in leading, coaching and developing teams of consultants or developers
- structured, solution-oriented approach to work, personal responsibility, very good German and English skills, and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
